• Models operate as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of CameraLux.
• CameraLux acts as a neutral intermediary hosting service provider in accordance with relevant laws.

2. AGE VERIFICATION & ADULT ACCESS

• Every Model must be 18 or older and complete a thorough identity check.
• Verification involves:
  • Government-issued ID
  • Facial recognition and liveness checks
  • Ongoing compliance monitoring
• Users must confirm they are 18+ or of legal age in their country.

CameraLux reserves the right to:

• Request extra verification at any point
• Limit or block access based on location or legal requirements

3. GENERAL CONDUCT – PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

3.1 Privacy & Security

• Models must never share personal contact details, including email addresses, phone numbers, chat apps, home addresses, or social media profiles.
• Advertising or linking to external platforms or services not linked to CameraLux is strictly forbidden.
• Models are prohibited from organising or accepting face-to-face meetings with users under any circumstances.
• Soliciting prostitution, escorting, or any form of offline services is strictly banned.
• The display, use, or promotion of illegal substances, or streaming while obviously intoxicated, is forbidden.

3.2 Off-Site Payments – Absolutely Forbidden

Models must never request or accept payments outside CameraLux, including:

• PIX
• PayPal
• CashApp
• Western Union
• Gift cards
• Bank transfers
• Any other third-party or alternative payment method

Breaching this will lead to immediate enforcement actions, such as:

• Permanent account suspension
• Confiscation of all earnings and tokens

4. ON-CAMERA BEHAVIOUR & BROADCASTING RULES

• Models may only stream from one account at a time. Sharing or reusing accounts is strictly banned.
• The registered account owner must be clearly visible on camera throughout.
• All broadcasts must be completely live. Pre-recorded, looped, or fake live streams are strictly prohibited.
• Microphones must stay on and unmuted during shows.

⚠️ CamScore & Performance Metrics

• CameraLux applies internal ranking and visibility tools (like CamScore) to assess performance.
• Failing to meet platform standards (audio quality, activity, interaction) may cause:
  • Reduced visibility
  • Lower rankings
  • Fewer earning opportunities
• Models must use correct tags and categories. Misleading tags can lead to penalties.
• Public streams must be paused before starting any Private or Exclusive sessions.
• “BRB,” “Starting Soon,” or idle screens are not allowed.
• Only verified and authorised individuals linked to the account may appear on camera.
• The presence of unauthorised persons is strictly forbidden and may lead to instant suspension.
• CameraLux may require real-time facial verification at any moment. Refusal will interrupt the broadcast and may result in penalties.
• Profile pictures and cover photos must not show explicit nudity. Private areas must be covered.

5. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & EARNINGS

• Models must create and manage a personal account. Sharing or transferring accounts is forbidden.
• Earnings are subject to a rolling 180-day reserve policy, including protection against chargebacks.
• Prices for private or exclusive shows may be changed at any time.
• Models are responsible for maintaining regular, professional, and compliant activity.

CameraLux reserves the right to:

• Suspend or close accounts that are:
  • Inactive
  • Irregular
  • Not commercially viable
• Models may block users who behave inappropriately or harass others.

6. ADDITIONAL PROHIBITIONS

Strictly banned activities include:

• Hateful, abusive, or deceptive usernames
• Any references to minors, terrorism, incest, or rival platforms
• Harassment, scams, or abusive behaviour
• Failing to deliver promised services after payment

• Only platform-approved features (e.g., Epic Goals) are allowed for structured fundraising.
• Sharing revenue or splitting payments outside the platform
• Advertising or linking to:
  • Competing cam sites
  • Subscription or content-selling websites
  • Personal payment services

• Models must immediately report any forbidden or suspicious activities.
• Failing to report known breaches may also lead to enforcement actions.

8. PROHIBITED CONTENT & BEHAVIOUR (GLOBAL)

Strictly forbidden worldwide:

• Any content featuring minors (real or simulated)
• Non-consensual acts or coercion
• Incest or family-roleplay
• Bestiality
• Violence or exploitation
• Depictions of sleeping, unconsciousness, or drugged states
• Sales of physical or personal items
• Displaying weapons or realistic replicas

9. UNITED STATES COMPLIANCE

CameraLux adheres to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 requirements:
