YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR COUNTRY TO ACCESS OR JOIN ANY GOLD SHOW ON CAMERALUX.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND CONDITIONS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IN CASE OF ANY CONFLICT ARISING FROM TRANSLATIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL TAKE PRECEDENCE.

Gold Show Policy (Prepaid Group Performance – Comprehensive Framework)

A Gold Show is a prepaid, time-bound group performance hosted by an independent Model via the Cameralux platform. Gold Shows enable multiple participants to contribute a fixed amount of tokens or tokens to gain access to a shared live experience.

Cameralux functions purely as a technology provider and does not directly manage or influence the content, performance, or behaviour of Models.

1. Nature of Gold Shows

  • Entertainment-focused and highly subjective
  • Models operate as independent contractors
  • No assurance of specific actions or results
  • User enjoyment is subjective

Personal dissatisfaction does not entitle refunds.

2. Show Setup

  • Description of performance (for guidance only)
  • Total funding target
  • Minimum contribution amount
  • Duration and countdown timer

Models maintain full authority over the show’s delivery.

3. Pre-Show Stage

  • Users may pledge contributions
  • No obligation to perform before the show starts

If the target isn’t met, the Model can cancel → full refunds will be issued.

4. Show Commencement and Attendance

  • Access granted only to paying participants
  • Participation in a group setting

5. Late Entry Policy

  • Full price applies regardless of when you join
  • No partial fees or reduced access
  • No refunds for joining late

6. Disconnections

  • Reconnection allowed where feasible
  • No refunds for user-side connectivity problems
  • Platform faults may be reviewed

7. Tipping

  • Optional and entirely at your discretion
  • No obligation to tip
  • Tips are non-refundable in all cases

8. Partial Attendance

  • Leaving early → no refund
  • If Model ends the show prematurely → may be subject to review

9. Gold Show Refund Policy (Integrated)

Gold Shows are prepaid, live digital services. Once a show begins, the service is deemed consumed.

General Rule

  • Payments are final once access is granted
  • Refunds only provided in objective, verifiable circumstances
  • Subjective dissatisfaction doesn’t qualify

Full Refund

  • Show cancelled before starting → 100% refund

Partial Refunds

  • Significant early show termination
  • Technical failures at platform level

Refunds may be calculated proportionally for unused time.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Joining late
  • Leaving before the show ends
  • Issues with user device or internet
  • Displeasure with performance quality
  • Tips and extra payments

Technical Issues

  • Server-side problems → eligible for refund
  • User-side problems → not eligible

Jurisdiction-Specific Rules

EU / UK:

  • Users agree to immediate service provision
  • Right to withdraw is waived once the show starts

Brazil:

  • Right of cancellation applies only before the show begins

United States:

  • Refunds limited to technical or billing errors

10. Content Disclaimer

  • Descriptions serve as a guide only
  • Models retain full creative control
  • No promises of specific acts

11. Recorded Content

All purchases of recorded content are final and non-refundable.

12. Fraud and Misuse

  • Repeated refund abuse
  • Chargebacks after participation
  • Manipulating the system

Consequences include:

  • Account suspension or termination
  • Permanent ban
  • Recovery of losses

13. Chargebacks

  • Contact Cameralux prior to disputing charges
  • Chargebacks may result in suspension
  • User responsible for any fees

14. Consumer Rights

Local laws take precedence where applicable.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for Model’s behaviour
  • No liability for user dissatisfaction
  • No liability for external technical issues

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.

16. Final Statement

By joining a Gold Show, you agree to these terms.

Important: Models are not obliged to fulfil every request.
