CameraLux Terms and Conditions and User Agreement
IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICETHIS WEBSITE AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE STRICTLY FOR ADULTS ONLY. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AND HAVE REACHED THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR COUNTRY TO ACCESS, REGISTER, OR USE THE CAMERALUX PLATFORM. ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION. IN CASE OF ANY DISCREPANCY, CONFLICT, OR DIFFERENCE IN INTERPRETATION ARISING FROM TRANSLATED VERSIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL AND BE THE SOLE LEGALLY BINDING TEXT. By accessing, browsing, registering, or otherwise using the Platform, you explicitly confirm, declare, and guarantee that you are willingly entering a digital space containing adult material. This may include, but is not limited to, explicit audiovisual content, live streaming performances, private interactive sessions, user-to-user communications, chat exchanges, and user-generated content that may be sexual, suggestive, explicit, or sensitive in nature. You further acknowledge that such material might be deemed offensive, inappropriate, disturbing, or illegal in certain locations, and that access could be limited, regulated, or banned by local laws, cultural norms, or government bodies. Legal treatment of adult content varies widely across jurisdictions, including, but not limited to, restrictions based on age, content type, distribution channels, or payment methods. For absolute clarity, it is your sole, unequivocal, and non-transferable duty to verify whether accessing such content is lawful in your country before using the Platform. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform or any content complies with the laws applicable to every individual User. If viewing such content is restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Continuing to use it will be considered an explicit, informed, and binding confirmation that you have independently verified the legality of your access and accept full responsibility for any consequences, including civil, administrative, or criminal liabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability arising from unauthorised, illegal, or improper use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, access by minors, access from prohibited areas, or attempts to bypass technical barriers such as virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, anonymisation tools, or false identity information. Users acknowledge that any attempts to circumvent age or geographical restrictions may breach this Agreement materially and could result in immediate suspension, termination, or permanent blocking of access without prior notice. Nothing here limits the Company’s right to take further enforcement actions as deemed necessary to ensure legal compliance or platform policies. 1. Legal Framework and PartiesThis Agreement is a binding contract between GODAN30 LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under England and Wales law, located at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK (the “Company”), and any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform (the “User”). It governs all use of the Cameralux Platform, including all domains, subdomains, apps, mobile versions, APIs, and services controlled by the Company. This Agreement applies to all interactions, transactions, and activities through the Platform, regardless of device, network, or method of access. This Agreement is designed to be enforceable across different legal systems and jurisdictions. Should mandatory local laws apply, those provisions will prevail only to the extent required, without affecting the enforceability of other clauses. By using the Platform, the User agrees electronically to this Agreement, which is legally equivalent to a signed contract. Actions like clicking “I agree,” accessing, or continuing to use the Platform constitute valid consent. This Agreement does not limit any rights or obligations that cannot be waived under applicable law. Consumer protection rights are preserved where relevant. The Company reserves all rights not explicitly granted here, including intellectual property, platform control, and policy enforcement. For clarity, this Agreement overrides any previous agreements or understandings about Platform use. 2. Definitions (Expanded and Detailed)The following terms are defined broadly to ensure clarity and enforceability throughout this Agreement. Platform: The entire Cameralux ecosystem including all digital infrastructure, apps, software, hosting, streaming tech, payment systems, databases, interfaces, and services provided or managed by the Company. User: Any individual or entity accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, whether passively or actively, temporarily or continuously. Member: A User who consumes or interacts with content or services on the Platform, such as viewing, chatting, or making payments. Performer: A User who provides content or services through the Platform, including live streams, recorded videos, or interactive sessions. Content: Any audio, video, images, text, data, or interactive material available on the Platform, live or recorded, including user-generated content. Services: All functions, features, and services offered via the Platform, such as streaming, messaging, tipping, subscriptions, and content access. Jurisdiction: The legal area applicable to a User, determined by location, residency, IP address, or local laws. These definitions apply throughout unless otherwise specified and shall be interpreted to uphold the Agreement’s intent and enforceability. 3. Nature of the Platform (Legal Positioning)Cameralux functions purely as a technology platform facilitating interactions between consenting adult Users. It provides digital infrastructure such as hosting, live streaming, communication tools, and integrated payment processing to enable real-time or recorded interactions. The Company does not create, produce, script, direct, edit, or control any User-generated content. All content is independently created and provided by Users in their own capacity. The Company neither employs nor supervises Performers; they act as independent Users responsible for their own content, behaviour, and legal compliance. This Agreement does not establish employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationships. Users agree that all interactions occur directly between Users; the Company is merely the technology provider and not a party to such interactions. To the fullest legal extent, the Company disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of User content and services and does not guarantee any outcomes, including financial or personal satisfaction. The Company does not monitor all content or interactions in real time. While moderation tools may be used, these do not amount to continuous monitoring or liability for User-generated content. This applies to all content types, including live streams, recordings, private messages, and other interactions. 4. Eligibility and User RequirementsOnly individuals meeting all eligibility criteria may access or use the Platform. These criteria must be met at all times. Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Users must also be legally allowed to access adult content in their area. Users affirm they access the Platform voluntarily and lawfully and have not been previously banned or suspended, nor are they attempting to bypass enforcement actions. Providing false information, such as incorrect age or location, is a serious breach that may lead to immediate suspension or termination without notice. The Company may verify User eligibility at any time, including identity and age checks. Non-compliance may result in restricted access or account termination. Eligibility is an ongoing obligation; failure to comply can result in enforcement actions for which the Company is not liable. 5. Global Compliance and Jurisdictional RestrictionsCameralux operates globally and complies with various laws across jurisdictions. Access and features may differ depending on location and legal requirements. Users understand that laws regarding adult content, online services, data protection, and payments vary widely and may impose access restrictions, verification demands, content limits, and data obligations. The Company may enforce geo-blocking, content filtering, age checks, or feature restrictions to comply with laws. Access may be denied or altered based on geolocation or IP address. Attempts to evade restrictions using VPNs or proxies may trigger enforcement. Below is a general overview of compliance by region:
This table is for guidance and not an exhaustive legal statement. The Company may update compliance measures as laws evolve. Users accept that continued use means acceptance of these changes. 6. Age Verification (Legal and Technical Framework)Cameralux employs age verification systems to prevent minor access and meet legal standards. These may differ by jurisdiction and involve multiple verification layers. Verification methods include:
Age verification is mandatory for certain features or entire Platform access. Failure to verify may restrict or deny access. Attempting to bypass age verification is a serious breach and may lead to immediate, permanent account termination. The Company may retain verification data per data protection laws, including tokens, timestamps, and anonymised IDs, but not full IDs unless legally required. Verification may be re-evaluated periodically based on risk or regulatory changes. The Company disclaims liability for inaccurate or fraudulent information provided by Users. 7. Account RegistrationUsers may need to create accounts to access certain features, providing accurate and current information. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under their accounts. The Company isn’t liable for unauthorised use due to User negligence. Accounts with false or misleading info or violating this Agreement may be suspended or terminated. 8. Account SecurityUsers must safeguard their account details, including usernames, passwords, authentication tokens, and other access tools. Reasonable measures, like strong passwords and secure devices, should be used. Using shared or public devices is at the User’s own risk. The Company isn’t liable for losses from poor account security. Users must report unauthorised access or suspected breaches immediately. Failure to report increases risk and responsibility. The Company may suspend or restrict accounts upon detecting suspicious activity without prior notice. 9. Service AvailabilityThe Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or guarantees. The Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and uninterrupted operation. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure. Using the Platform assumes risk of downtime; the Company isn’t liable for damages from interruptions. Temporary or permanent outages do not breach this Agreement. 10. Modifications to the PlatformThe Company may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. Changes may affect features, interfaces, payments, content, or infrastructure. Users acknowledge the Platform evolves and changes are necessary for efficiency, legal compliance, and competitiveness. The Company is not liable for losses from modifications. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. 11. Updates to TermsThe Company may update this Agreement anytime to reflect legal, operational, or functional changes. Updates take effect upon publication unless stated otherwise. Users should review terms regularly. Continued use signifies acceptance. Disagreeing Users must stop using the Platform immediately. 12. Data is handled lawfully, fairly, and transparently, only for Platform operation, legal compliance, and legitimate interests. Privacy Policy details data handling and user rights. 13. Cookies and Tracking TechnologiesThe Platform uses cookies and similar tools to improve function, user experience, security, and compliance. Cookies manage sessions, store preferences, analyse use, detect fraud, and support age verification. Users can adjust cookie settings in their browsers, but disabling some may impact functionality. Using the Platform implies consent to cookie use per the Company’s policies. 14. Suspension and TerminationThe Company may suspend, restrict, or end access if Users breach this Agreement, act unlawfully, or pose risks. Termination can be immediate without notice to prevent harm or ensure compliance. Users understand termination may cause loss of access to content, services, or data, with no liability to the Company. Termination doesn’t release Users from prior obligations. 15. General ProvisionsIf any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to the fullest extent possible without invalidating the rest. This Agreement is the entire understanding between User and Company, superseding prior agreements. Failure to enforce a provision doesn’t waive the right to enforce it later. The Company retains rights not expressly granted here. This Agreement is to be interpreted to maintain enforceability. 16. User Obligations (Binding)By using the Platform, Users agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws. Platform use must be lawful and consistent with its purpose as a technology platform for consenting adults. Prohibited activities include:
